Lisa had a baby!

Now I am not much of a night person, and I would tease Lisa not to have the baby in the middle of the night. So Friday night I get a call at 2am, Lisa is ready. So I run to the hospital to see Julian Patrick Colvin born at 3:30 am. Everything seems alright with the world when you see a new life, what a miracle. Her baby shower with the studio was tonight, I think he just wants to come to my Grand Opening on the 22nd. I love the photo of Kris,just moments after seeing his new son. I almost start crying when I look at it, it reminds me when Scott saw Alexa, love at first site. It really changes your world for the better, although you can not see the road ahead and the challenges that will arise, I would do it again and again. It is strange before you have a baby, you can not imagine life with one, now I can not imagine life without her. Congrats Lisa and Kris, I love you and am so thrilled to have been there to witness him being born, he is beautiful.

Lisa had a great shoot at the beach with one of my favorite brides I photographed a couple years ago. Isn't he so cute!

Sweet Baby

Lisa had a great shoot last week with little Henry. I am so excited to have Emmaline and Lisa part of Christine Hall Photography and to offer two great photographers to our clients.

Oh Boy!

The studio had there first mini sessions. The response was great and Lisa did awesome. Lisas first clients were great clients of mine and it was so much fun, the second set were all boys, six of them! Lisa did two separate minis and did a group one of all of the cousins together, yes there were three on each side. It was a beautiful day yesturday but the knats decided to make an appearance as the day went on. Here are a few from her sessions. Thank you for such a great response. What is so neat about photography is that it helps you remember, I had cousins all about my age that I grew up around, I wish we would have had a photograph like this. Is everyone smiling, no , but it isn't about that, it is about the moment, this is what they were like then and years from now they will look back at this photo and smile.
