Brooks Family

If your not advertising in The South magazine, you should, it is incredible. I have been photographing the Brooks family for a couple years now and I am a little nervous each time before. Michael has amazing photographers that work for him and I am honored to take photos of his family.I also like it because I know that they will be up for thinking outside the box, let me let my creative jucies go and will get what I was trying to do. Sweet kids to boot and a pretty wife,how can I go wrong. Sometimes photos that are my favorite are ones I just had to get the nerve to ask someone to do for me instead of staying in the safe zone. I had a great time and next time I will take you up on pizza after a shoot!

Brandy and Nino

I met Brandy and Nino when I photographed their wedding in 2005 and we sat and talked for about two hours about everything. I am so thankful for their friendship, humor, and kindness. I can't wait to meet their new baby girl in just a couple of weeks. Here are a few from the other day.

I love Doris, she has a calming effect on me. The moment I met her and her mother I felt like I had always known them. Her little baby is 6 months, I get to follow him all year!

Lisas Baby!

Ok, I am a little biased, but he is soooooo cute. Here are a few of Lisa and Chris baby, he is six days old in these photos. I miss Lisa at the studio so much but know she is going to be a great mom and that I will get to see her too! (Julian you have to share mommie with me!!) Also thanks to Bob and Sheri for sending Lisa Sheris book after I mention Lisa is a fan on the blog. The internet is amazing and scary at the same time.

I photographed the birth of this new little bundle of joy.I do not do many, but when I do it is such a amazing experience. Twelve days later we went and did some photographs at home and she had changed so much in the last 12 days. I just love holding new babies.
